Abstract :
Abstract As increasing information is available from genomic databases, mass spectrometry has begun to be used to identify and/or assess regions of predicted DNA or protein sequence. Mass spectrometry performance limits, together with experiments designed for genomic interplay, are being extended to allow accurate genotyping and protein profiling of cells at rates commensurate with the data-intensive future of biology.
