Abstract
In this issue of Chemistry & Biology, Guy and coworkers demonstrate that they can selectively recruit individual nuclear receptors by using small molecules (proteomimetics) in combination with specific agonists. This may ultimately lead to a link between the receptorʹs signaling pathway and its role in individual diseases.
