Abstract :
In this issue of Chemistry & Biology, Landwehr et al. characterize a diverse set of chimeric cytochrome P450s acting on a diverse set of substrates. Statistical analysis of the activity profiles allows the substrates to be grouped such that one substrate can be used as a surrogate for others.
