The economic aspects of the implementation of a quality system process in Polish enterprises

In this paper, some issues have been presented connected with the quality costs’ problems. A lot of companies do not realise advantages of having a certificate, taking into account only the high costs of the implementation of the quality assurance system. But these costs are much lower than time and outlays which are spent on the elimination of the failure results, replacement and rework. The sorting structure of the quality costs has also been discussed. The analysis and the appraisal of the quality costs in the large Polish enterprise of the machine industry which is during the implementation of the quality assurance system has been done.
