Abstract :
The solidification of lubricant is considered to be one of the candidates for the micro-pool phenomenon, which generates the good quality of the plastically deformed product in extrusion and sheet rolling in plastic working. In this report, the solidification is formulated in order to analyze the behavior of lubricant which is influenced by the pressure of lubricant. Eulerian description of equilibrium and the constitutive equation of Perzyna type are applied. The numerical solution shows the pressure projection. This result approaches in the first stage to the mechanism of the micro-pool phenomenon.
