Sensitive factors in springback simulation for sheet metal forming

Taking the U-bending process, one of the benchmarks of NUMISHEET’93, as an example, the influence of the damping value, integration points, the number of the blank mesh size, and the punch velocity on the accuracy and efficiency of springback simulation is studied, and reasonable values are proposed.
