Estimation of extrusion stress for sintered P/M preforms-nomogram approach

Three nomograms have been developed for solid extrusion of P/M copper and hollow extrusions of copper and iron, based on earlier experimental results. These nomograms were developed in C-language. Such nomograms will serve as ‘ready-reckoners’ to estimate the extrusion stress. Experimental and nomograms results are compared and analysed.
