Viscosity models in simulation of the filling stage of the injection molding process

Some results of the numerical simulation of the injection molding process, using different rheological models for a processed polymer, were presented. The professional computer program Moldflow Insight ver.1.1 included in the I-DEAS MS8 package, developed by the SDRC Company, was used for calculations.
