Applications of Rietveld refinement in Fe–B–Nb alloy structure studies

The paper presents in a short view the theoretical background of the Rietveld refinement method and some application of it in the structure studies of the nanocrystalline alloys. The Fe–B–Nb magnetic alloy obtained by melt spinning method [M. Karolus, P. Kwapuliński, G. Haneczok, A. Chrobak, in: Proceedings of XIX Conference on Applied Crystallography, 2003, p. 297] was chosen as searching material for the presentation of the Rietveld refinement results.
