Abstract :
In the complicated processes of the formation of materials, three different methods, i.e. orthogonal design, artificial neural networks and genetic algorithm have been applied to optimize the process parameters. These methods perform the respective characteristics and complement with each other. They give us an optional approach to optimize the material processing parameters as well as other engineering problems. To the material processing engineering and other engineering of the function of the multi-targets and the variable of the multi-factors, the new principle of all-better of function for the technical parameters optimization will be very efficient and effective.
