A note on congruence conditions of fuzzy choice functions

In order to reflect the fuzziness existing in a choice problem, Banerjee introduces the concept of fuzzy choice function. Meanwhile, Banerjee proposes three congruence conditions in assessing the rationality of a fuzzy choice function. In this paper, we prove some dependencies among these conditions although Banerjee asserts that they are independent.
