Abstract :
In this paper we consider the design problem of output feedback H(infinity) controllers for sampled-data fuzzy systems. We first transfer them into equivalent jump fuzzy systems. We establish the so-called Bounded Real Lemma for jump fuzzy systems and give a design method of (gamma)-suboptimal output feedback H(infinity) controllers in terms of two Riccati inequalities with jumps. We then apply the main results to the sampled-data fuzzy systems and obtain a design method of (gamma)-suboptimal output feedback H(infinity) controllers. We give a numerical example and construct a (gamma)-suboptimal output feedback H(infinity) controller.
