Abstract :
The problem of determining optical flow for the image registration problem is discussed. Feedback solutions are proposed, and it is shown that they are optimal for certain optimal control formulations of the problem. Well-posedness of the proposed feedback solutions is analyzed, and numerical findings are presented.
