Studies on polyaniline filled PU/PMA interpenetrating polymer networks

A series of polyaniline (Pani) filled PU/PMA (50/50) interpenetrating polymer networks (IPNs) were prepared by sequential polymerization of castor oil based PU and polymethyl acrylate (PMA). The effect of different amount of Pani (varies from 5–20%) on the properties of PU/PMA IPNs have been reported. The Pani filled PU/PMA sheets were characterized by their physico-mechanical, electrical, thermal and morphology studies.
