Investigating the Status of Cultural Education Center in East Azerbaijan, I. R. Iran: Based on the Factors of Learning Organization in Education Year-2012-2013

This research investigates the status of Cultural Education Center in East Azerbaijan, I. R. Iran based on the factors of learning organization in education year 1391-1392 (2012-2013). The statistical population includes all employees of Cultural Education Center in East Azerbaijan and the number is 160. The sample is 110employees. To collect the data ,a questionnaire of learning organization is utilized and its reliability is shown to be 0.93 by Cronbach Alpha .Findings indicate that employees‘ performance in Cultural Education Center, East Azerbaijanis optimal and the factors of personal potentiality, mental models, systemic thinking, and mutual insight are quite optimal.
