Optical anisotropy of cubic crystals, from bulk to quantum dots

The paper is an overview of recent studies of the optical anisotropy of heterostructures with quantum wells, quantum wires, and quantum dots based on cubic semiconductors. This subject area is essentially an extension of the research conducted by professor A.A. Kaplyanskii in the optical anisotropy of cubic crystals.
