Abstract :
A pulsed spark discharge generated copper oxide aerosol particles has been characterized. Experiments were conducted for spark electrode gap distance from 10 to 30 mm and air flow rates from 3 to 15 l/min. The results show that the average diameter of generated particles can be controlled from 0.2–4.0 μm and the density of particle also can be controlled by changing discharge electrode gap distance and gas flow rates.
