A survey of the relationship between knowledge management indices and innovation in organizations and their prioritization by AHP method

The present study was aimed to investigate knowledge management in Iran insurance companies of Azerbaijan Sharghi and its relation with innovation was evaluated. The present study was applied in terms of purpose and it was descriptive-survey in terms of method. In data collection, a questionnaire was used and its validity and reliability were supported. For hypothesis test and achieving the main purpose of the study, Pearson correlation test was used and to prioritize each of the knowledge management indices, AHP was applied. Also, Friedman test was used. The results showed that there was a significant relation between knowledge management indices and innovation in Iran insurance companies of Azerbaijan Sharghi province. Also, knowledge creation, knowledge acquisition, knowledge storage, knowledge dissemination and knowledge utilization in AHP model were in first to fifth ranks, respectively.
