Investigation of Managers’ Professional Need Regarding Use of Information Technology

This study was aimed to Investigation of professional needs of educational managers in High schools of Sanandaj city in academic year of 91-92. Data collecting instrument was a researcher-made questionnaire consists of 25 questions and 5 variables, which its reliability proved by experts and a 73 percent Cronbachʹs alpha proved its validity. The results showed that between manager’s requirements, gender and study level are not a significant difference, but job background of managers and their need to internet showed a significant difference. Finally, the researcher concluded that the educational managers of the city, is better to have service training and they explicitly need to be reeducated in terms of educational technology.
