Abstract :
123I-Labeled paclitaxel, [123I]-1 was prepared by electrophilic aromatic radioiodination of 3′-N-(p-trimethylstannylbenzoyl)-3′-debenzoylpaclitaxel 2 with 123I− in the presence of peracetic acid.
