Abstract :
The crystallization kinetics of Bi10Se90 chalcogenide glass has been discussed under non-isothermal conditions using differential scanning calorimetry (DSC). From the heating rate dependence of the glass transition temperature (Tg) and crystallization temperature (Tp), the values of the activation energy of glass transition (Eg) and the activation energy of crystallization (Ec) are evaluated. The glassy Bi10Se90 has one-dimensional growth. The average value of Avrami index (n), the activation energy of glass transition (Eg), the activation energy of crystallization (Ec) and the frequency factor (Ko) are 2.04±0.12, and respectively.
