Abstract :
Physical properties of electron-doped high-Tc cuprates are investigated taking into account weak 3D character within the fluctuation exchange approximation. We obtain an antiferromagnetic (AF) phase with the ordering vector (π,π,π) for a low doping concentration range and a superconducting (SC) phase neighboring to it. The latter extends to relatively narrow range of doping concentration δ=(n−1) with Tc decreasing with increasing δ. The SC pairing symmetry is of dx2−y2-type. The calculated ratio of the gap energy and Tc is about half of that for hole-doped cuprates. The AF–SC coexistent phase is found in a narrow concentration range. The one electron spectral weight and NMR spin–lattice relaxation rate are also calculated and compared with experiment.
