Abstract
Tl–In–As–Se glasses are obtained by co-melting of As2Se3 and TlInSe2. Laser-induced crystallization of TlInSe2 in the glass due to local laser beam heating is observed in the course of micro-Raman measurements. Dependence of the crystallization process on the laser power is studied. Simultaneously a photoplastic effect in the glass is observed leading to the mass transfer from the laser spot.
