Abstract :
The reaction of a DMSO solution of Cu(OCOCH3)2·H2O with CH3COONa·3H2O in the presence of acetate acid gives the formation of sodium cations linking six-coordinated copper(II) acetates into microporous network structure, NaHCu2(OCOCH3)6 1. The powder ESR of 1 reveals that there might exist exchange interactions between these copper(II) cations.
