CH⋯O,OH⋯O and π⋯π interactions in the crystal structure of a new heterotrinuclear macrocyclic complex, [MnII(NiIIL)2(C2H5OH)2](ClO4)2

The title complex was synthesized and characterized by X-ray crystallography. MnII ion is in a distorted octahedral environment. The coordination geometries around two NiII ions are completely same and are slightly distorted square planar. MnII and each NiII are bridged by an oxamido-group from one of the two macrocyclic ligands (L). CH⋯O, OH⋯O and π⋯π interactions link the trinuclear fragments and perchlorate ions to form a 3-D supramolecular architecture.
