Abstract :
A new sort of sol–gel derived organic–inorganic molecular-based hybrid material with the organic part of ortho aminobenzoic acid derivative grafted by 3-(triethoxysilyl)-propyl isocyanate covalently linked together via Tb–O and Si–O bonds was prepared. The intramolecular energy transfer process efficiently took place within this molecular-based hybrids and a strong green emission of Tb3+ was achieved.
