Abstract :
Catalytic amount of triethylenetetramine causes dehydration of diphenylsilanediol to form octaphenyltetrasiloxane, whereas, catalytic reaction of triethylenetetramine leads to dehydrogenative polymerisation of phenylsilane with various diols.
