Abstract :
A new sandwich-type polyoxometalate based on Keggin-type monolacunary anion, [Zr(α-BW11O39)2]14− was synthesized and characterized by IR spectroscopy, UV electronic spectroscopy, cyclic voltammetry and single-crystal X-ray diffraction. This is the first report of crystal structure for the sandwich Keggin-type polyoxotungstoborate.
