Abstract :
3,4,10-trihydro-2H,6H-naphtho[1,8-cd][1,5]diselenacyclodecane, L, has been prepared by the reaction of NCSe(CH2)3SeCN and 1,8-bis-bromomethylnaphthalene. L and [Mo(CO)4L] have been characterized by a range of analytical techniques.
