  • Abstract
    The compounds [Bu4N][M(qdt)2] (M=Au 1 and M=Cu 2) have been prepared and characterized by X-ray diffraction studies. Complexes 1 and 2 are isomorph and their structure consists of a two-dimensional intermolecular cation–anion network with the [Bu4N] cation acting as a four H-bonded bridging ligand.
