Synthesis, characterization and crystal structure of zinc dimolybdate pentahydrate image

The method of synthesis of zinc dimolybdate pentahydrate image has been elaborated. The crystal structure has been solved by X-ray powder diffraction methods. The space group of image is image (14), with lattice parameters: 6.0021(9), 18.886(3), image, image, image. The decomposition of image in air and nitrogen was studied in situ by X-ray diffraction. Results of crystal structure determination and refinement by the Rietveld method, as well as results of IR and TGA, DTA studies performed for image, are presented.
