Stress singularities in a bimaterial anisotropic wedge with arbitrary fiber orientation

In this paper, rλ−1 type stress singularities at the apex of a bimaterial anisotropic wedge are studied. The contours of the stress singularity orders are plotted on a circular region. With this contour plot, the selection of fiber orientation corresponding to minimum singularity order can be determined. The effects of the material properties on stress singularities are also discussed.
