Abstract :
The current study aims to investigate organizational justice and its relationship with organizational commitment among faculty members of state and Azad universities of Sistan and Balouchestan. This study is conducted in a descriptive, inferential and correlation in that its study sample are faculty members of State and Azad Universities of Zabol, Zahedan and Iranshahr cities at Sistan and Balouchestan province, Iran. Data collection tool were two inventories namely 1) organizational justice and 2) organizational commitment in that their stability was 1) organizational justice, 939% and 2) Organizational commitment, 944%, which SPSS software was used to descriptively analyze data. The obtained results indicate that the condition of organizational justice and its dimensions and organizational commitment and its dimensions were in a satisfactory level and there is a significant relationship between organizational justice and its dimensions and organizational commitment and its dimensions. Among the dimensions of organizational justice, procedural and distributive justice were much more predict organizational commitment. The results indicate that there was no significant difference between organizational justice and organizational commitment with respect to their demographic characteristics
(gender, type of recruitment, place of service, field of study and years of service), but a significant difference was seen in the type of organization.
