Abstract :
Current work aims investigating relationship between knowledge management and innovation in employees of sport organization of Tehran municipality. To this end, 90 employees of this organization were selected by simple random sampling and they filled questionnaires extracted from standard model of knowledge processes by Fong and Choi (2009) and innovation model by Dorabjee et al (1998). Pearson correlation coefficient was used to analyze data taken from the questionnaire. Findings suggest knowledge management process and its all aspects are positively and significantly related in the population under study.
