Cluster Policy in the Region

Part clarifies existing scenarios in the region to build innovative changes proposed by constructing a network of regional clusters. A specific of the region determines the list of possible clusters. Interaction between the clusters allows obtaining a synergistic effect which enhances the synergy of each cluster separately. Formation of a network of regional clusters creates a new situation in managing the economy of the region, when some of the powers of the regional administration in the coordination and management of the processes of socio - economic development of the region can take over management of a network of regional clusters.
