Abstract :
The study was aimed to investigate the relationship between information technology and the potential of teleworking in the Organization for Economic and Finance Affairs of Khuzestan Province based on technology acceptance models. This is an applied-descriptive study that population in this study was all experts (over 130 employees) of the Organization for Economic and Finance Affairs of Khuzestan Province. A total of 97 employees were selected as samples using simple Random sampling method. Data were collected by a researcher –made questionnaire; after confirmation of the validity of the survey instrument by a panel of experts, Cronbachʹs coefficient alpha and Split – half were calculated to determine the reliability of the entire questionnaire. The findings were obtained in two parts: descriptive and inferential. The results suggest that there is a significant relationship between information technology and potential for telecommuting. The results showed that there is a direct and significant relationship between information technology and potential for telecommuting.
