Abstract :
The aim of this research was to investigate the differences between the supervision and guidance of educational administrators regarding demographic characteristics (gender, work experience, education level). The study is situated in Iran, the Ardal city. The number of research community was 466. Sampling method was Cluster sampling (N=373). The data collection instrument was a questionnaire. Cronbach alpha was used to determine the reliability of the method (95%). In order to analyze the survey data, indicators and descriptive statistics (frequency, mean, standard deviation, error standard deviation) was used and to test the research question was used inferential statistics (analysis of variance ANOVA and post hoc test). The research results showed that the average of supervision and guidance of educational administrators regarding demographic characteristics (Gender, work experience and education level) were significantly deference (p < 0.001) and Female educational administrators with greater experience and higher education levels have better performance in the field of supervision and guidance.
