Construction of heterocyclic scaffolds via transition metal-catalyzed sp3 C–H functionalization

Construction of heterocycles via transition metal-catalyzed sp3 C–H functionalization is an emerging strategy, it makes the assembly of heterocycles rapid, low cost and environmentally friendly. This review introduce the recent advance on the strategy, the contents includes intramolecular or intermolecular cyclization via transition metal-catalyzed sp3 C–H functionalization.
