  • Abstract
    This paper introduces `trapping factorʹ to analyze the mechanism of the liquid mass effect. Influences of different surface microstructures, including structure dimension and orientation, on the liquid mass effect have been studied. A dual-crystal TSM density viscosity sensor has been developed.
