Abstract :
An on-line pH monitoring system consisting of a specially designed sampling probe, flow-through cell with double pH-ISFETs alternatively operated as a reference device and measurement sensor and a peristaltic pumping system is presented. The features of the system show good future for on-line monitoring of ion concentration of electrolyte.
