Abstract :
Bisphenol A diglycidyl ether and triglycidyl p-aminophenol ether solubility tests were carried out on supercritical CO2 system in presence of polyoxygenated compounds as organic carbonates and fatty acid methyl and ethyl esters as co-additives. Fatty acid esters hydrocarbon length chain and liquid–vapor equilibrium appears to have great influence on obtained results. Co-additive hydrophobicity showed great influence on performance of organic carbonates and polyoxygenated compounds due to the large hydrophobicity of epoxy resins. Melting point and calculations of solvent cohesion energy were related to resin solubility.
