Abstract :
Pseudo surface acoustic wave dual delay line on 41°YX LiNbO3 with SiO2 protective layer was designed, fabricated and measured. The centre frequency is about 80 MHz, and insertion loss with 2 μm SiO2 layer is about 15 dB. Results of liquid viscosity and conductivity measurements are presented.
