Selective breeding for dominant and submissive behavior in Sabra mice

Background minant–Submissive Relationship (DSR) model used here was developed for mood stabilizing and antidepressant drug testing. Treatment of submissive animals with known antidepressants significantly reduced submissive behavior in a dose-dependent manner.
