A criterion for maximal (minimally non-) outer planarity of total-block graph of a graph

In this paper we present characterizations of graphs whose total-block graphs are maximal outerplanar or maximal minimally nonouterplanar. In addition, we prove that for any nontrivial graph G,TnB(G) is not maximal outerplanar for all n ≥ 2.
