Chain ring analogs of designs

Let R be a finite chain ring. In this note we introduce R-designs with repeated blocks in the Grassmanian of all submodules over a chain ring R of given shape κ. We prove that for some sufficiently large t − ( n , k , l ) R-designs with repeated blocks do exist for all integers t , k , n with 0 < t < k < n − t < n .
