Abstract :
CuInS2 thin films were prepared by sulfurization of electrodeposited Cu–In precursors. Morphological improvement enabled us to fabricate the solar cells using electrodeposited Cu–In precursors. The photovoltaic property of a conversion efficiency of 1.3% was obtained.
