Abstract :
Humans and vehicles using the road to achieve economic and social objectives, like all aspects of civilization there is traffic, humans can not overlook the benefits because of its disadvantages. If we examine the factors leading to a high rate of traffic accidents, which are focused on the human factors that plays essential role, traffic can correct implementation of laws and regulation caused traffic problems as a phenomenon and is a positive factor in the service of society. Societies of this research are: "All citizens over 18 years of driving by a two-driverʹ vehicles high lightweight and motorcycles, etc.), Sari, Babol, Amol, Ghaemshahr and Behshahr are the five most populous cities in the province." The sample size was calculated to examine 398 patients by random sampling, if Hypothesis formulated in accordance with the TPB model .After analyzing the data, the conclusion was reached that the TV and radio ads have a positive and significant relationship in changing behavior.
