Abstract
A sensitive LC–electrospray positive ionization (ESI+) MS/MS method was developed and validated for the determination of the Aspergillus mycotoxin, sterigmatocystin, in grains at levels down to less than 0.5 μg/kg. Recovery was found to be greater than 97% for wheat grains.
