Comments on “Temporal shifting: A hidden key to the skewed peak puzzle” by S.-C. Pai and L.-Y. Chiao

We show that the contradiction between the temporal and spatial peak apices disappear when the position of a skewed peak is measured with the first moment rather than the peak apex. When physical chemical parameters are to be derived from the migration times, the first moment of the peak is the crucial parameter.
