Null controllability of semilinear parabolic equations via the bilinear control

We are concerned in this paper the null controllability properties of a semilinear parabolic equation governed by the bilinear control. It is worth to point out that the null controllability is proved without any restriction on the growth of the nonlinearity f ( x , t , s ) with respect to the variable s .
